We still do: gold leaf, art glass, terra cotta, and cast stone work, but there is so much concrete need that can benefit from our unique treatment.
We cost effectively: fuse internally, strengthen, and waterproof concrete for life. We are not concrete sealers.

Concrete Voids

Yes, concrete though dense, still has such voids, and so many even smaller ones that we will never see.

Microscopic View

However, the reality is that even the tiniest voids can still be treated to improve concrete durability.

Filled Voids

Our patented process fills these voids, increases hardness, waterproofs it, and stops rebar rust.

Not just dirt and pollution, but pollution acid etching of the surface. With a custom colour mix and CSA 101, rebuilds are 100% waterproofed and permanent.

CSA 100 provides up to a 45% strength increase along with lifetime waterproofing, to inhibit such panel cracking, and stops rebar rusting as well.

Unpainted panel surfaces with such cracking can be cosmetically diminished without paint along with the 100% lifetime waterproofing and strength increase.

One week after application of
our CSA 101 spray on this cast stone, the cracks had self-healed and became 100% waterproofed for life.

Unwanted cracks from pressure where insufficient underlay or drainage exists, that can be: filled properly, recoated, or replaced.

Ugly ASR gel pressure pop outs, and micro cracking everywhere, sprayed with CSA 101 stops the pop outs, strengthens, and also waterproofs.

Why repeatedly apply big $$ surface only coatings? One CSA 108 wash, and CSA 100 fusion coating reduces your maintenance to an annual fire hose cleaning.

If there is a cementitious component to your problem we will work hard to find and or develop the intervention needed, as we have for several Temples.

Strengthen your scratch and brown coats, and tile or mortar repairs with materials that are 100% waterproof and increased in strength.

Historic, decorative terra cotta can be returned to its original luster after being repaired with period bisque and glazed as shown in this example.

We want to provide options for TFM’s that don’t require replacement as the only option. We have the products, experience and solutions to accomplish this.

Breakdowns caused by wear, leakage, swelling rebar rust, rusting supports or original weakness can be repaired,
waterproofed, and strengthened for longevity versus replacement.

Who are we?

We have conducted comprehensive assessments on various Temples including Salt Lake, Manti, Ogden, St. George and others.

We have also repaired over 3,000 Art Glass windows in Canada, USA, Brazil, and Uruguay.

Starting with the Mesa Temple in 2008, we have been researching, finding, and formulating Church concrete problem solutions.

CSA 103 Radiation Shield & Coating	X-ray and nuclear attenuation application for: installations, storage, or on-site nuclear waste silos.	A relatively thin: waterproof, repairable, lead free, economical, permanent treatment, for facility safety, and the potential elimination of hazardous transport needs. Direct application if the surface can absorb water, or a formed coating with wire mesh.
CSA 104 Protective Waterproof Coating	A deep penetrating treatment for: foundations, floors, walls, walks, driveways, parking lots, drainage trenches, piers, waste containment vessels, aqueducts, pools, bridges, runways, cisterns, etc., NSF rated non-toxic.	On new or old vertical or horizontal surfaces, interior or exterior, provided previous coatings have deteriorated sufficiently to allow omni-directional absorption.
CSA 105 Thermal and Noise Reduction Coating	An inorganic, non-asbestos white powder compound for insulating and protecting building structures and equipment from: heat, noise, and ionic degradation.	Can form a lightweight, contiguous, fire resistant, thermal coat for: wall panels, veneers, cooling loops, equipment cabinets, masonry, metal, asphalt, and wood. Prepare surface by removing excess debris with wire brush or acidic citrus cleaner.
CSA 106 Rapid Water Leak Plug	Patching material formulated to arrest seeping or flowing leaks, patch micro cracks, and quickly stabilize anchors.	Fuses with existing concrete for instant stoppage.
CSA 107 Anti-Decay Shielding Material	For coating: timber, masonry, and concrete to prevent microbiological decay.	Apply only to materials that can absorb the liquid.
CSA 108 Dust & Earth Stabilizer	Dust control and or earth material sealant (EMS) injection or strewn application insoluble in acid or salt water.	Increases density, reduces hydraulic conductivity without affecting the environment.
CSA 109 Application Clean and Prep.	Very deep pollution and environmental cleaning to prepare surface treatment absorption of all listed products.	Hard water, dirt, pollution, and other stain removal.

IMPORTANT NOTE

- ASR (alkali-silica reaction between Portland and chert, quartz, volcanic glass in aggregates causes pop outs)
- ACR (alkali-carbonite reaction between Portland and calcitic dolomite, and dolomite limestones causes pop outs)
- CSA 100 will arrest further damage on old concrete, and prevent it from taking place on new concrete.
